Registration
Membership in either the Genetics Society of America (GSA) or the International Mammalian Genome Society (IMGS) allows you to register at the member rates. If you are not already a member and would like to join one or both societies, please click on the society names above. If you are a member of IMGS and NOT a member of GSA, you will be asked to include your IMGS member ID when registering. If you do not know your registration ID, please contact Darla Miller at millerdr@med.unc.edu.

Register for the Meeting You do NOT have to be a member of the Genetics Society of America (GSA) or International Mammalian Genome Society (IMGS) to register at this time, but member rates are lower than nonmember rates. To register at the lower member rate, you must be a paid 2011 GSA member. To verify your current GSA membership status click on: Membership Status Check. The deadline for receipt of early registration at the reduced rate is midnight, Thursday, April 12, 2011.
After that date, this program will continue to be available for online registration at the regular rate until midnight, Monday, June 13, 2011. Subsequent registrations will only be accepted onsite, at the conference.

NOTE: Registration fees include reception on Wednesday as well as lunch Thursday-Saturday and coffee breaks. The Registration fees DO NOT include accommodations or optional events.
*GSA membership dues are current only if paid through the end of 2011. **Nonmembers registering at the graduate and undergraduate student rate must provide proof of graduate or undergraduate level student status. See registration form for details.

The FASEB-MARC Program provides funding for travel awards to support the participation of faculty/mentors, students, post-baccalaureates, postdoctoral fellows, and students from
minority institutions and historically black colleges and universities. Underrepresented minority faculty, students, and postdoctoral fellows from majority institutions are also
eligible to apply for the travel awards. The travel awards are funded up to $1,650 each for travel-related expenses and for meeting registration. Travel awards are provided as
reimbursements after the meeting.
If you are interested in applying for scholarship funds, please send an email request by March 1, 2011 to Darla Miller at millerdr@med.unc.edu In the e-mail, please include your name, address, the name of your laboratory head, a copy of your abstract (which must also be submitted on-line at www.mousegenetics2011.org and your position (student or post doc). You must be a member of the International Mammalian Genome Society to receive financial aid.
The deadline for receipt of advance registration at the reduced rate is April 12, 2011. Credit cards must be used to register for the Conference via the online registration site open on January 8, 2011.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Credit card payments will not be accepted by telephone or fax.
Cancellation of Advance Registration A $50 processing fee will be charged for all registration cancellations. Registration cancellations will be accepted and refunds processed by sending a written request via e-mail to sbrown@genetics-gsa.org. Cancellation requests must reach the GSA office by June 9, 2011. After that date, no refunds will be made. If you have already received your namebadge, it must be returned to the GSA office (9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814-3998 Attn: Suzy Brown) in order to receive the refund.
Namebadges will be sent to all US and Canadian attendees who have registered by May 2, 2011.
All registrants receive one complimentary copy of the Program Book, with full schedule information including platform and poster session date, time, title, authors, etc. as well as the keyword and speaker/author indexes.
The conference registration and book pick up area will be located in the Regency Ballroom Foyer of the Omni Shoreham Hotel and will be open according to the following schedule:
